Whilst item tracking websites prove this hat definitely did exist, it's creation, and potential deletion, is still not 100% certain. It is speculated that this item was manually created by a Valve employee for his girlfriend and later wife.

It is unknows where is the hat now, or if it even exists. Some speculate that the relationship did not end well, thus the hat was removed. I hope this isn't true, and that the item is just forgotten in a private inventory.
