Community Quality Items
Community item quality items are specifically granted by Valve to individuals who have made significant, valuable contributions to the Team Fortress 2 community or the game itself.
Initially, Community items had a hidden item attribute which increased their damage capability by 10 percent. This has since been removed in an unknown patch.

Afterburn reduces Medi Gun healing and resist shield effects.
Alt-Fire: Release a blast of air that pushes enemies and projectiles and extinguishes teammates that are on fire.
