In 2015, for a limited time, the Enthusiast's Timepiece, Iron Curtain and Black Rose were able to be crafted even though they were promotional achievement items from Poker Night at the Inventory and Alliance of Valiant Arms.
There are 75 known instances of a 'crafted' version of this item, and all are non-tradable.
