For some time, there was a bug where one could duplicate items. This causes two (or more) items to exist with the same original ID, which should be impossible.

This cosmetic item is crafted and has a craft number of 24. Looking at the inventory of the owner, there are clearly two items with the same original ID, thus it has been duplicated.
