Gift Wrapped Non-Tradable Vintage
Certain Vintages are non-tradable and non-marketable primarily because these weapons were crafted using a non-tradable item, such as an achievement item. This made them non-tradable and non-marketable once they were turned Vintage.
A glitch use to exist where one could gift wrap non-tradable items, thus these kind of items now exist.
