No Sheen Universal Specialized Killstreak Kit
During the 'Gun Mettle' update, the 'restore' option was accidentally added to Killstreak Kits. Doing this to Basic Kits did nothing, but doing it to Specialized Killstreak Kits removed the Sheen and doing it to Professional Killstreak Kits removed the Sheen or Sheen and Killstreaker.
