Non Factory New Dragon Slayer War Paint
The Dragon Slayer War Paint can be purchased with Blood Money from the Mercenary Park Gift Shop in the ConTracker. This war paint always come in a Factory New wear.
When it was first introduced, Valve did not implement the Factory New constraint, thus there are a couple of Non Factory New Dragon Slayer War Paints. It was however quickly patched.
