Non-Tradable Gift Wrapped Unusual
On July 26th 2019, an infamous 'Crate Depression' took place, where a 2019 Summer Crate was released with a 100% chance of unboxing an ususual cosmetic.
This wrecked the TF2 economy. Valve took action, disabled trading for a short time and marked the unboxed unusuals non-tradable, non-marketable, non-craftable and they couldn't be gift wrapped.
Some users thought ahead and ended up gift wrapping the unusuals before Valve made that descission. Thus, these kind of items now exist.
