The Winter Holiday Noise Maker is awarded to all players who play during any Smissmas event. When used, snow particles will burst out and form a sphere around the player that is using the Noise Maker. This Noise Maker has unlimited uses, but is restricted to the Smissmas holiday.

Internally, noise makers utillize the 'quantity' property of an item. This property has a value of 25 by default and it represents uses left. Since this noise maker has unlimited uses, it has an attribute '311 - unlimited quantity' set to 1 (true).

This noise maker, strangely, has 22 uses. In other words, the quantity is 22, but it has unlimited quantity attribute.
