Painted Vita-Saw
Around the same time the Cow Mangler 5000 was paintable, the Vita-Saw could be painted as well. This was obviously a mistake and Valve patched it very quickly.
This had no visual change on the item.
Rumors say less than five exist/existed, but none can be found today. Some screenshots are circling around the groups and forums, but it is not certain that this item ever existed.
