Halloween Spell: Putrescent Pigmentation
Halloween spells are no longer obtainable. Any unused spells were removed from peoples' inventories after November 11th 2014. Some spells are still present in the inventories, but they would be instantly deleted once the owners load the game.
When applied, it will add a color shifting effect: fades between bright yellow and the item's original color.
