Halloween Spell: Soldier's Booming Bark
Halloween spells are no longer obtainable. Any unused spells were removed from peoples' inventories after November 11th 2014. Some spells are still present in the inventories, but they would be instantly deleted once the owners load the game.
When applied to any cosmetic item the class can equip, it will lower the pitch at which the wearer speaks while they wear it. Though these spells are intended for use by a specific class, the effect of the item will occur for any class while they are wearing it.

These spells make the Merc's voices 4% sexier and 130% spookier – except for Scout's, which is -5% sexier.
This spell can be applied to a Soldier hat.
