Halloween Spell: Spectral Flame
Halloween spells are no longer obtainable. Any unused spells were removed from peoples' inventories after November 11th 2014. Some spells are still present in the inventories, but they would be instantly deleted once the owners load the game.
When applied to any of the Pyro's primary weapons, any emitted flame particles and afterburn effects will be colored with a mixture of red and green.
