Universal Professional Killstreak Kit
Known as the 'Universal Killstreak Kit'.
During the 'Gun Mettle' update, all Killstreak Kits (Specialized and the rarer Professional) found in Mann vs Machine did not have an item assigned to it, meaning you could apply them on anything you wanted. Literally any item. Hats and tools with universal killstreak kits attached show no effect (they couldn't), but do show in the title and the item description.
