The Valve item quality is assigned to certain items owned by Valve employees. This quality does not come with any extra stats or particle effects. Any stats and effects present on a Valve quality weapons were added manually.

During a TFConnect 2021 hosted by KritzKast, in an 'MvM with Valve's Robin Walker and Jill', Agro from KritzKast asked Robin: 'Robin is there a Valve verson of the Rocket Launcher in Pan form?". Jill then replied 'It can be if you give me like 5 minutes.', which Robin followed with 'careful what you ask for'.

Discovered during a community event on a server wehre Robin's son was playing, and got his dad to join. From his words, it's not their last time plating TF2. Isn't that just cute and awesome!
